1. The Venue
You want the venue to be perfect. This all depends and your guest numbers and budget, whether it’s a palace or a social club. Is it available, How many guest can it hold, What’s included, Ask your wedding planner,(If you have one), Does it align with your vision? Consider your guests experience on the day, Remember your budget!
2. Guest Lists
Some of the things to consider, is having a an A-list (Immediate Family), B list (extended family,friends) C-list, this is where it starts to get tricky. These are guests you’d really like to have along at your wedding, this all depends on chosen venue capacity, your budgets, and importantly whose paying for it.
Most wedding venues will have a package that would include catering, if you having a venue only, looking caters that have been recommended by family and friends or even the venue itself. Be sure to taste the food, ask how long have they been catering for, will they be catering for other weddings on the same day? How many can they cater for?
Have a budget in mind, know your own style, how many photo’s will be taken, how long will you need them for. Ask to see samples of their work from previous weddings. How long before you get the edited and finish images back to you.
